Job Description

Business Analyst - Agile / Digital - £500 Per Day Outside IR35 Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand who provide exciting marketing based technology products to the worlds largest companies within financial services, retail and telecommunications. We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analystto determine business needs, requirements, objectives and work very closely with clients. The projects will have a strong focus on digital experience and data transformation. This is an excellent company with a great culture and a very exciting suite of products. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Cloud Technology
  • Software testing
  • HL understanding of programming languages
  • Database design and usage
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Research skills
  • Familiarization with software development methods
  • Documentation skills
  • Proficient in Jira / Confluence
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Gather business and functional requirements
  • Work with the Business and clients to determine business needs, requirements, objectives, expectations incl. documentation
  • Break down major requirements into small incremental value-add features and prioritize with all stakeholders (PO is primary).
  • Support Product Owner through the delivery process
  • Work with Technical Architects to define solution
  • Work with Design team to define user experience
  • Face off to IT team so that business requirements are understood
  • Manage Product Features list and act as SME for any client interactions or needs
  • Actively support Product Backlog, including prioritisation
  • POC for UAT, quality checks and performance of the product
  • Review client delivery user stories to ensure they are in line with the Product and identify gaps
  • Work closely with PO and IT to prioritize features list for build in sprints
Contract Details:
  • 6 months long term engagement
  • Circa £500 per day (Outside IR35)
  • Location: Slough 2 days per week, 3 days at home
