Job Description

Administrator* £12.30 per hour* Monday-Friday 9am-5pm* Performance based bonus available annually* Hybrid working from home 1 day a week - when fully trained * Company Pension* Based in slough, free onsite parking / good transport linksGi Group have partnered up with a logistics company based in Slough who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The Successful person will administrative support to the daily operational activities of the warehouse and strive to maintain & enhance service provision.Responsibilities:* Assisting in the monitoring and administration of the company purchase order system.* Monitoring & completing temporary labour time sheets.* Assisting in the identification of service providers and maintenance of company preferred supplier list.* Ensuring all new recruits are set up correctly and following company induction procedures. * Ensuring company databases, recording systems and absence systems are kept updated and correct in a timely manner.* Preparing and assisting in the collection of data for reports both internal and external* Communicating effectively with the senior management, informing and updating them regularly on performance issues* Supporting and assist senior management in ensuring the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the operations.* Provide administrative support to all areas of the business as directed by the administration supervisor.The Successful Candidate:* Previous experience within an administration role is essential.* Previous experience of an administration role within a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable* This role requires the post holder to speak and write English to a high level. * Ability to work in a busy logistics environment where you can juggle more than 1 task at a time will be critical within this role.To apply for this role, please click apply or email your CV Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group of companies includes Gi Recruitment Limited, Draefern Limited, Gi Group Recruitment Ltd, INTOO (UK) Limited, Marks Sattin (UK) Limited, TACK TMI UK Limited and Grafton Professional Staffing Limited.
