Job Description

Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join a friendly finance team for a SME company in Slough.THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING (2 DAYS FROM HOME PER WEEK).If you have experience handling accounts payable, and have month-end exposure, this role is perfect for you.YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.Responsibilities:

To participate in month-end process providing analysis of Profit and Loss accounts and assist with preparation of Management accounts package.
Processing supplier invoices.
Preparing weekly payment runs and posting payments.
Management of Employees expenses and credit cards claims.
Daily cash management, including management of currency.
To maintain and update monthly overhead schedules.
Assist with year-end audit.
Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

AAT or an equivalent bookkeeping qualification
Competent Excel skills to include Pivots, VLOOKUPs.
