Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager (Field Sales)Location: M25 regionSalary: £30k basic + £30k OTE!REF: J14015:SESector: Healthcare/ManufacturingOur client is an ambitious and highly respected provider of innovative, high quality and reliable mobile workstations for the nation’s hardworking health care professionals.Since 2000, they have designed and manufactured their own range of healthcare hardware for the UK market, with the NHS being one of their major clients.They are now looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join their team as Account Managers for their Southern UK territory!Package:

Role:
  • Take responsibility for generating sales by developing a rapport with new and existing clients in your territory, contributing to profitable sales growth
  • Execute sales plans which reflect a deep understanding of the client base, competitive landscape, brand positioning and best-practice sales techniques
  • Meet with new and existing clients, understanding how the company can help them and selling the company offering as a result
  • Develop customer relationships with all clients you meet with, either seeking initial sale or up-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with other teams to drive demand, forecast stock and to ensure any custom/bespoke client requirements are specified correctly
  • Represent the business at any conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Must have access to your own car (essential)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • Commercial acumen
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
