Job descriptionSalary: £23,000 to £26,000Department:Sales TeamHours: 09:00 - 5.00 (Full Time)Package: £40,000 OTEBenefits: Generous Commission, Pension Scheme, Quarterly Incentives, Field Sale Progression OpportunitiesThe RoleWe are a Telecommunications company, with over 14 years trading history in the communications sector.This is an attractive opportunity for someone who possesses a strong sales ability to aid us our continued growth.You will join our existing desk-based sales team and be responsible for generating Appointments for our Field Based consultants.Based on experience, we are offering a competitive salary up to £26,000, plus a generous uncapped commission structure which offers a realistic and achievable OTE of £40,000+, which our staff are already earning.We also have an internal personal development programme, whereby we encourage our team to have career goals such has progression to leadership or management, which we facilitate and discuss in quarterly one to ones.A high level of energy is crucial, with a drive to overachieving target. You should have an ambitious attitude with a view to achieving long term career goals.Minimum Experience Required

  • Candidates should have some sales and telephone experience
Job Objectives
  • To contact all types of businesses on a daily basis and make appointments
  • To promote Telecoms, I.T Support and Security to Businesses.
  • To achieve/exceed individual appointment targets set out by the Sales Manager
  • To provide effective day to day support for field sales consultants
