Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for the position of Teaching Assistant in a primary school. Join our team and become an integral part of fostering a positive and enriching educational experience for students.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom activities under the guidance of the teacher.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student engagement and development.
  • Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the school community.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is beneficial but not essential.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to support students learning.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the dynamic school environment.
