Managing over 6 million sq ft of warehousing and operating over400 commercial vehicles, Great Bear has built a reputation within the industry as a modern and innovative operator.We have exciting opportunity to join our team in Skelmersdale as Stock & Systems Integrity Controller.Job DescriptionShift: Monday to Friday rotating; 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00Salary: £26,549 paThe job holder will contribute to the success of the Skelmersdale site by maintaining Stock & Systems integrity whilst delivering a high level of customer service.Ensure that SAP and Autostore systems reconcile and that all policies and procedures relating to the adjustment of systems are adhered to.Day to day activities will also be dictated by the customer to a degree but key accountabilities are given below:

  • All differences between SAP & WMS to be investigated and reconciled on a daily basis
  • All failed IDOCs sent from Autostore to SAP to be reprocessed
  • Where possible IDOCs to be processed in chronological order
  • Ensure that no pallets are in transit for greater than 24 hours and that ultimately all pallets reach their final destination.
  • Ensure all relevant Autostore alarms are monitored and actioned in a timely manner
  • Month end reporting in conjunction with the Depot Support Manager
  • Ensure KPI targets are maintained - taking appropriate action to ensure compliance.
  • Management of disposal and animal feed loads
  • Autostore account Management in line with SOX requirements
  • System testing for new releases
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met in regards to hi bay check processes
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with colleagues at other Mondelez DCs and the wider Mondelez team
Qualifications
  • Sap and Autostore knowledge desirable but full training will be given
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage their own time to achieve daily targets
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and tenacity
  • Ability to communicate at all levels & excellent people skill
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all on-site systems
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
