Sales ExecutivePermanent role working 9am to 5pm Monday to FridayOffice based role in LiverpoolSteel Cactus Recruitment are pleased to be exclusively working with their client; a government backed organisation in the energy sector. Surveying over 150 buildings each week throughout the UK and continuing to expand; our client is actively seeking two SalesExecutives to work within their busy team.Work includes computer research into clients, warm leads provided in house, telephone calls, Teams meetings, emails and the occasional client meetings. Responsibilities• Knowledge of Word and Excel, aptitude to learn new skills, and happy to work on a CRM system• Happy to work in a fast-paced environment, on computers for much of the day.• Confident and persuasive telephone manner. • Work individually and as part of a team, but taking responsibility for understanding and meeting company and personal goals.• Driven to achieve bonus and go the extra mile. • A “can do” approach, able learn new skills a busy but friendly office environment.• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.• Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively• The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with a high level of attention to detail.• The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that targets are met.• A willingness to be part of a team and to interact with other professional staff.• The ability to learn new skills and working methods and be adaptable to change.• Great telephone manner, with a clear voice, able to communicate with Senior Clients in PLCs.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales Role.
