A highly reputable provider of general insurance products is currently seeking an insurance professional to join their existing Lancashire based team. This client already has a large and expanding office network, providing a quality orientated service to their clients across both personal and commercial lines.In this leadership role you will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of insurance advisors predominantly managing a commercial insurance client base. Your role will involve delegation of work, operational management including reporting, performance based coaching and development and referrals from the team in relation to both technical and customer related enquiries.Applicants must have previous experience working in the insurance sector, essentially having dealt with commercial products and ideally possessing experience dealing directly with customers. Previous experience leading a team is preferred, however candidates with a background in coaching and developing less experienced colleagues and looking for the next step will be considered.
