Job Description

HR Advisor (L&D)Skelmersdale£30,000 - £35,000 + training + progression + bonusAre you a HR Advisor, looking for an exciting new position, with a hugely successful, award winning logistics specialist, company which is currently growing and expanding, where you will be in a newly created, versatile and varied role which you can makeyour ownAre you looking to step into a highly autonomous role, where you will be spearheading new process and procedure to assist the continued growth and success of the business, with the opportunity for ongoing training and development and long term career progressionOn offer is the opportunity to step into a dynamic role, working within a collaborative, friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for assisting the Head of HR with the desig and implementation the L&D strategy for the business, carrying outthe administration and coordination of all learning and development activities. You will also provide HR advice and guidance, and handle an ER caseload. You will be in a multi-faceted role, playing an integral part in the ongoing progression and developmentof the company.The role:

  • Handle day to day HR issues - policy queries, onboarding & offboarding, general HR queries from staff
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of a companywide training needs analysis, training plan and budgeting process
  • Support managers to identify training needs aligned with business growth
  • Implement employee casework
  • Improve employee engagement through events, effective communications and training
The person:
  • CIPD Level 3 or Qualified by Experience
  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist or Advisor
