Our customer focus is based on quality, service and consistency and our service-led ethos is one of the key drivers in the growth of our market share over the past 10 years.We are currently Recruiting for a Factory Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis on our Ravenhead site in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire. Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Raising Despatch Tickets• Reception Duties / Dealing with Customers / Visitors / Contractors /Drivers• General clerical duties, including typing, filing, maintaining and archiving records• Wages inputting• Raising Purchase orders• Petty cash• Stationary ordering• Inputting of relevant information onto safety data systemEssential Qualification and Skills:

  • Purchase Ledger Experience
  • Punctual and reliable
  • High degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Computer Literate including excel
  • Prepared to learn all the different administrative processes and procedures
  • Efficient management of working time and the ability to prioritise tasks.
