Howarth Morris are looking to recruit am experienced Credit Controller on behalf of a global manufacturing business in Skelmersdale. A prestigious market leading business with over 50 manufacturing facilities, distribution centres and service centres globally.Key Accountabilities* Build strong relationships with customers.* Collect of outstanding debtsand manage debtors within agreed timescales.* Ensure customer payments are received in a timely manner.* Control credit limits, ensuring accounts are maintained within authorised limits.* Achieve cash collection and debtors targets.* Complete daily allocation of customer receipts.* Ensure all monthly statements and reports are distributed.* Process all customer credit notes.* Effective credit evaluation and control for subsuduary business.* Administration of monthly Contra accounts between sales and purchase ledger.* Authorise customer/supplier set up.* Ensure internal procedures are regularly reviewed.* Processing of company expenses.* Query resolution.Candidate Requirements* Minimum 2-3 years experience of credit control* Experience of managing high volume of customer accounts* Good communicator with strong negotiating skills* Varied ERP system experience* Good use of ExcelHowarth MorrisA leading recruitment business committed to Progressing Businesses and Progressing Careers.
