Job Description

1:1 Support Professional - Primary SchoolsAbout Us: Tradewind Recruitment is a leading education recruitment agency committed to connecting enthusiastic professionals with fulfilling opportunities in the education sector. We are currently seeking individuals with a genuine interestin supporting children on a one-to-one basis in Skelmersdales vibrant primary school community.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support to individual students within a primary school setting.
  • Assist with academic tasks, social integration, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement tailored support plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student.
  • Ensure the students safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the school day.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar support role is desirable.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents.
