* £23,000-£26,000* Career ProgressionJob Title: Childrens Support WorkerVarious positions in Kent available including Sittingbourne, Ramsgate, Whitstable and Herne Bay. Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum. Bonuss given, progression available and 2 x sleep ins are required per week. They pride themselves on their experiencedteam of professionals who are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential.We are looking for dedicated and passionate Childrens Support Workers to join our clients reputable team. You will provide direct care to children within the homes, building strong relationships and promoting positive residential experiences. - Providing comprehensive care and support to children in the homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with the children, interacting positively with them, and providing consistent care- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans and strategies for the children- Ensuring the childrens safety and welfare at all times- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records on childrens progress and well being.Required Skills and Experience:- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role - Residential setting with children. - Strong understanding of child development and the specific needs of children in care.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative- Clean driving license.Benefits:- Competitive salary package- Bonus paid- Comprehensive training and development opportunities.
