Job Description

Join Our Team as a Site Operations Coordinator Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our site in Sittingbourne Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment andhave a strong commitment to safety and compliance, we want you on board!Location: SittingbournePosition: Site Operations Coordinator Hours: Part -Time (30 hours over 3 days)Salary: Part time salary £26500/annum + annual bonusAs a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Traffic Control: Directing vehicles, visitors, and contractors to the appropriate locations on-site, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.Compliance Check: Reviewing incoming delivery notes to ensure they comply with site licenses and permitted load types.Record Keeping: Accurately recording weights and load types by vehicle, completing necessary documentation, and collecting driver signatures.Waste Management: Ensuring compliance with Waste Acceptance Criteria and reporting any non-conforming wastes or contamination immediately.Documentation Management: Processing delivery notes and tickets accurately and efficiently.Customer Service: Assisting with general administrative duties and providing excellent customer service, including answering phones and directing calls.Quality Control: Reporting anomalies or errors on the system to the appropriate personnel promptly.Reporting: Updating the report daily and resolving customer queries.Safety First: Complying with all Health & Safety and Environmental policies and practices, including incident and defect reporting.To excel in this role, you should have:
