Job Description

A newly created opportunity for a Production Operations Manager to join a leading FMCG business. With significant recent success, the business have always put people at their core and are looking for a talented manager who prioritises the coaching, trainingand development of their teams to drive Production Operations.Working on a 4 on 4 off days only basis, you will be responsible for the majority of people on site, and accountable for achieving production targets, to the right quality, at the right time, whilst driving a positive and safe working culture.We are looking for:

  • Experience in a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager role in an FMCG, pharmaceutical or fresh produce environment.
  • Track record of people development and coaching of your teams.
  • Motivating, positive person, able to communicate at all levels of a business
  • Able to drive continuous improvement activities with a multi cultural workforce
  • Systems literate with production and planning tools
