Location Sittingbourne Kent/ Hampshire / Agile mix12 month assignmentpay rates £24.32 umbrella or £19.54 payeFull time hours 37 part time , flexi and condensed hours are also possibleWe are seeking Family Liaison Officers with sound investigative experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills are required and due to the nature of the operation an awareness of Holmes and a good level of IT knowledge is required.We seeking individuals to make a commitment of up to 12 months with a view to extending on an ongoing basis. Welcome process take around 2-3 weeks in order to understand the enquiry, roles and Holmes processes. Holmes V16 training provided if required.Much of the family liaison work will be based in Hampshire. This will mean regular overnight stays in this area when completing enquiries and family liaison work.A remote office location is in the process of being identified in the Hampshire area to assist with agile working when deployed to this location.Our agile working policy means when there is no operational requirement investigators and FLOS can work remotely from home or a local station. At present this averages approximately at 1-2 days a week remote working but is not an exact science and varies dependant on work stream and role.Officers will be expected to manage their own workload under the guidance of the Family Team Managers.
