Job Description

Our client based in Sittingbourne is currently looking for a Contracts Officer on an ongoing temporary to permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to be to work with a large independently owned Sittingbourne company. If you are looking to work for a positive and forward-thinking company that is invested in developing its people, then this is the role for you!The hours of work will be 37per week (8hour per day with 1 hour deducted for breaks). The client has flexible start times (between 8am and 9am) and finish time (between 4:30pm and 5:30pm) working Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate will be from £12per hour (permanent salary scale £23,000 to £26,000).What the client requires from you

  • Ensuring all documents are compliant/ following compliance processes and procedures for all administration duties
  • Manage client expectations and keep our customers updated at all times
  • Deal with all void checks, chargeable requests, and quotes for clients
  • Prepare all install costings escalating to Client Relations Manager any that do not meet target profit margin
  • Collate install packs for invoicing.
  • Assist the compliance team through the busy summer months to ensure contractual compliance and deal with client requests.
  • Provide the full scope of a contract administration function including maintenance of the client contract management system.
  • Liaising internally between departments.
  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone call escalations
  • Deal with customer complaints or queries in the first instance and where these cannot be resolved at point of call ensure that these are logged with the complaints team and monitor to closure.
  • Deal with engineer queries and parts delivery matters that may affect service levels and engage with the clients representatives where required.
  • Identify any service delivery shortfalls and report to the Client Relations Manager areas for improvement accordingly.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years administrative experience within a customer/client facing role. Direct industry related experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Minimum 5 A- C grades at GCSE
  • The company operates extensive IT systems and mobile technology. You will be expected to familiarise yourself with the operation of such systems.
