Job Description

A full time Care Coordinator is required for our clients based in SibleHedingham area for the coordinating of care workers. Coordinating involves no only the day to day managing of care packages but also liaison with Social Services and operational staff, supervision of staff at all levels, work routines, development needs through appraisals and team meetings. Responsibilities will include recruitment of staff, spot checks, preparation of staff rosters, risk assessments and service user visits. You must posses excellent PC skills in particular Excel and Word. This position requires a self motivated person wit the ability to make quick decisions.
