The service is home to males who have experienced trauma during their young life andhave demonstrated harmful sexual behaviours.As a successful candidate you would already have 2 years experience of working with children and young adults in a similar setting. Your role within the home would be to provide a holistic approach to help the young people to understand their behaviours, acknowledgepast trauma and prepare them for safe, independent living.
