We are the largest company in the UK, storing, delivering, installing, relocating, buying, selling and refurbishing gym equipment. This is sold into Clubs, Leisure Centres, Schools, Universities and Homesthroughout the UK.The Role:This excellent opportunity is ideal for a team player with good financial experience and confident working with Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel & Office. Youll be assisting the Finance Supervisor and providing administration support to all departments, ensuringcompetence and confidentiality whilst keeping precise records.20 hours per week between 10.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday (this can be adjusted by 1 hour).Benefits:We value every single member of our team and offer a welcoming and productive working environment, supporting personal and professional development, along with:

Role ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Admin Assistant: Working closely with our Finance Supervisor, you will be:
  • Providing comprehensive finance support to the business
  • Processing, matching, checking, coding and filing invoices
  • Maintaining existing account details and updating as necessary
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Inputting data into the computer system - including spreadsheets
  • Assist with banking and daily sales cash reports
  • Reception cover at lunchtimes. including booking hotels and parking for field staff
  • Working to a consistently high standard at all times
  • Showing initiative & solving problems where needed
Person SpecificationAccounts & Admin Assistant:
  • Good financial knowledge and experience with Sage 50 accounts, Excel and Office is essential
  • Demonstratable administration / clerical experience
  • A personable, enthusiastic and accommodating individual
  • A strong communicator with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An open, team player with a flexible attitude as day-to-day tasks can vary
  • Numerical with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
