Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.We have and exciting and challenging opportunity for a Health Care Assistant at the Health Centre, HMP Shotts. In this role you will undertake care duties for patients in support of and delegated by the Registered Nurse, within a hospital or similar setting. Reporting patient condition to registered staff.The successful candidate must have knowledge of personal care and related procedures or previous volunteer or work experience in a health, education or social environment. You will be required to undertake on the job training and induction, and undertake mandatory HCSW standards .
