Practice Bookkeeper Part-time

Grafton Banks Finance are actively recruiting for a part-time Bookkeeper for a local, well-established accountancy practice in the Shoreham-by-Sea area. There has been an increase in workload, which has resulted in having a requirement within their bookkeepingdepartment and they would be open to hearing from candidates who have gained AAT/ACIB qualifications and who have a sound knowledge on using a range of softwares, such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks.Duties may include:

• Bookkeeping for a wide range of clients (some office based/some on site)
• Bookkeeping to trial balance
• Assisting clients with bookkeeping and software queries
• VAT and CIS Returns
• Ad hoc support with accounts/audit queries

• Bookkeeping within accountancy practice
• AAT qualifications
• Systems experience within Iris, Xero or QuickBooks
• Ability to commute to offices 3 days a week.
