Job Description

Role Overview Were looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our Shoreditch Sales department.The suitable candidate will effectively be the #2 to the Head of Department, supporting them with running the office, including carrying out market appraisals when necessary.You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success, expert local market knowledge and the energy needed to fit in with- and contribute to this team and in doing so, making a positive impact.This role will suit a Senior/Associate Level Negotiator or an existing Lister / Valuer, looking to take the next step in their career.In addition to on-the-job training, well provide you with support and guidance from our Learning & Development department to ensure that you have all of the tools you need to excel in your role.Your focus will be Shoreditch and the neighbouring areas, however you will also have access to all of our available properties across the Capital, providing you with endless opportunities and an uncapped commission structure.Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Ensure meet and greet procedure followed as per training programme
  • Assist the Head of Department with market appraisals
  • Be a point of contact for ongoing client care
  • Following up market appraisal proposals
  • Represent the vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
  • Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner including valuing the property where appropriate and negotiating best possible price for the client
  • Effectively market and promote properties for sale
  • Handle daily buyer enquiries from Reapit, calls and visits
  • Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers, fully briefing yourself prior
  • Have experience in sales progression and follow sales through to exchange and completion using Reapit to produce standard letters and keep records up to date
  • Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Self-Motivated
  • Target and goal-driven individual
  • Adaptable, excellent telephone manner
  • Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database
  • Confident dealing with clients and purchasers
  • At least two years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Empathetic with clients needs and a wish to offer un-paralleled client care
