Telemarketer ExecutivesShirley, SolihullTemp to Perm, 12 weeksPay Rate : £11.00ph plus commision.Hours of Work : Monday To Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.Company benefits, 24 days plus the usual bank holidays, meaning you have 32 paid days off per year (pro-rata)! After 1 year continuous service we also reward you with a bonus day for your birthday, commission, regualar rewards and incentives,a35.5 hour working week.We are looking for experienced Telemarketers who are available for an immediate start on a temp to perm basis, you will received a competitive pay rate with commision and excellent incentives.Got the skills, get in touch now!Job SpecificationAs Telemarketing Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.Duties and responsibilities: Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with theircustomers.Progression Prospects:The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structuresSkills and experience: experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls. Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign) Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD.
