About the roleAn exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our Team at Graypaul Birmingham as a Parts Manager. This is a brand new role within our business. Responsible for both Ferrari and Maserati. Later this year also sees, the opening of our brand new Maserati business.As Sytner Parts Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be managing stock and helping to maximise the profitability and efficiency of the department. You will coordinate with the workshops and Sales teams as well as selling directly to the public.This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youPrevious experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential and as well as experience of analysing and controlling KPIs and budgets.You will already have a proven track record of leading a team in this area, with strong communication skills.Looking after our clients is very important but just as important are our colleagues.
