Job Description

Senior Lettings Negotiator, BristolResolve Recruitment Services are working with a busy independent estate agent with an enviable reputation in the Bristol market. Due to continued growth, our client now seeks an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to complement their busy team - focusingon negotiating tenancies and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.The role:

  • To generate and book valuations
  • Efficiently deal with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets though to exchange and completion
  • Achieve individual letting performance targets in the main business income streams
  • Take responsibility for some management duties for the wider lettings negotiator team
The person:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator is essential
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • Ability to build excellent customer relationships
  • Professional, well-spoken, and presented
  • IT proficient (Knowledge of Microsoft Office and working with database systems)
  • Full clean driving license - own vehicle is essential
The package:
  • A good starting basic of up to £30,000 depending on experience
