Job Description

Hire Desk Coordinator required for a permanent, full time role in Bristol, Avonmouth – BS11. No previous experience in the hire or construction industry is required as training will be provided, but you will need to be passionate about delivering the verybest service for your customers, and a confident administrator

  • £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 23 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), increasing annually up to 30 days after 10 years
  • Monday – Friday, 07.30 – 1700
  • Staggered start and finish times can be arranged, totalling 40 hours per week
  • Comprehensive company induction and training programme
About the job
  • Working on the hire desk in the Service Centre
  • Taking inbound calls and enquiries from customers that want to hire out equipment
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed
  • Assist with the Hire Desk administration
The right candidate
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Great communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook and experience of database entry
