Job Description

The Director of Asset Management role will ensure our client’s customers receive an excellent service, as well as ensuring effective controland management of our client’s property and related, assets. This role is also a key member of the Executive Team, supporting the delivery of the corporate plan and leading all strategic business decisions.About youThe ideal candidate for this role recognises the importance of the work of housing associations and care and support providers. You will have experience of operating at a senior level in the field of asset management. You will also have experience of workingin a regulated environment. You will be values-driven with a strong focus on customers and effective service delivery and have the ability to manage relevant key strategic risks, as well as promoting a culture of continuous improvement.If you have these qualities and a strong focus on delivering value, great social impact and meeting environmental sustainability goals, look no further, our client is the place for you.Role requirementsAs part of the selection criteria, our client will be looking for the candidate to demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant experience (at a senior level);
  • A successful track record of building effective relationships to make a difference;
  • Setting the tone/supporting a positive and inclusive culture;
  • An understanding of the challenges faced in the sector;
  • An explanation of what would set you apart from other candidates and a demonstration of your alignment to our client’s values
