We are proud of our genuinely positive and enjoyable working environment.About the role:Working a MondayFriday (6-2/2-10 shift pattern) on our state-of-the-art XPS Extrusion Manufacturing line.As our Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the production line and associated equipment, from the raw materials in, to the finished product out.You will be proactive in coordinating activities associated with the production line and be fundamental in maintaining and improving upon; production, scrap, KPIs and OEE figures and will also be used to working within a shift pattern and be prepared tobe flexible within the workplace. You will be keen, motivated, proactive and willing to accept a challenging environment. In an ever-changing role, you must have a can-do approach to your work at all times.What we are looking for in our Production Team Leader:

  • Team leader/Supervisor experience within a fast-paced production environment
  • Experience of developing and coaching a successful team of +10 direct reports
  • A sound understanding of Health and Safety standards and compliance procedures
  • Experience of ensuring that all QC processes are maintained throughout the production process
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities including LEAN practices
  • Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office
  • IOSH trained (or equivalent)
  • Certificate of basic management/ team leader training ILM Level 3 (or equivalent) would be beneficial
