We are proud of our genuinely positive and enjoyable workingenvironment.About the Production Operative (Nights) role:Working a working Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 shift pattern, your responsibilities as a Production/General Operative will include running our production processes efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, quantity, cost, and time all meet operational standards,reducing waste and down time and supporting the development and improvement of all production processes.What were looking for in our Production Operative (Nights):We need collaborative team workers that are energised by working with others to produce great products. You will be a motivated self-starter who will take pride in the quality of their work and seek ownership of supporting the business to continually improve.This means learning and understanding our processes and working to the highest quality standards and encouraging others to do the same, with a keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of our market leading products.You may have experience of operating machinery using computerised touch screen panels and IT systems. Ideally you will have knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, but this is not essential and full training and support will be providedby experienced team leads and great colleagues when you join the business.Benefits of becoming our Production Operative (Nights):
