An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative (Days) to join our team based in Selby. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return, you will receive a Circa of £26,000 per annum plus overtime and benefits. We are proud of our genuinely positive and enjoyable workingenvironment.Production Operative (Days) role:As our Production Operative (Days), your responsibilities will include running our production processes efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, quantity, cost, and time all meet operational standards, reducing waste and down time and supportingthe development and improvement of all production processes.Skills and Experience required of our Production Operative (Days):

A collaborative team worker that are energised by working with others to produce great products
A motivated self-starter who will take pride in the quality of their work and seek ownership of supporting the business to continually improve
Experience of operating machinery using computerised touch screen panels and IT systems
Ideally you will have knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, but this is not essential and full training and support will be provided by experienced team leads and great colleagues when you join the business.
