Due tocontinued company growth, they have a genuinely exciting opportunity for a Compliance (IMS) Assistant to co-ordinate and support the business on all aspects of Compliance, Environment, Energy, Quality, Health & Safety, and Wellbeing.About the Compliance (IMS) Assistant role:As part of a team, you will monitor ISO standards and legislation, ensuring the ongoing conformance of all internal processes, communications, and systems and that they align to Kingspan Insulations strategic vision. The Compliance (IMS) Assistant will support maintaining Management Systems (MS) procedures, as well as controlled documents and records to minimize MS business risks. You will play a pivotal role in training colleagues in MS policies, through thedevelopment of training courses and material relevant to their role.What theyre looking for in their Compliance (IMS) Assistant:If you have previous experience of working within Compliance or Health & Safety, within in a factory/manufacturing environment, theyd love to hear from you. In addition, you will have experience of working across various IT programmes, including Word, Exceland Powerpoint. The Compliance IMS Assistant will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to with build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
