Job Description

Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker Are you CeMAP qualified Are you looking for a new Self-employed role that provides a constant pipeline of warm leads Are you looking for a role that allows you to work flexibly from homeThis could be the Mortgage Advisor role that you have been looking for with fully flexible home-based working.The role is with an IFA practice which currently doesn’t process Mortgage business. Consequently, there are numerous leads and requests for mortgage advice, currently not being serviced. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing these customers and developing the Mortgages side of the business. There will be A LOT of new mortgages business for the successful individual.The Person:

You must be fully CeMAP qualified with at least 1-year experience practicing mortgage advice

Have proven track record in mortgage and protection sales

You have excellent customer care skills and the desire to deliver a swift and professional service

You have excellent communication skills.

Relevant experience of would whole of market mortgage broking would be an advantage, although not essential

You must be happy working on a self-employed basis (retainer / financial guarantee can be provided to the right person)
