Job Description

We are now recruiting for a lovely role in a great company. It is a temporary role to support the UK and Ireland Office Manager.Based in Shenley, youll be managing the office facilities to ensure an effective and productive working environment for employees and to provide administrative support for key tasks.Whats in it for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for looking after the office facilities to make sure it is well maintained, presenting a welcoming and professional environment
  • Manage the reception area and be the first point of contact; meet and greet visitors, manage deliveries, emails and phone calls
  • Distribute and action incoming post as required. Manage outgoing post and courier requirements
  • Help organise local meetings where requested. Support local meetings by assisting with the room set up when needed and organising catering and refreshments. Provide support for visitors travel upon request (airport transfers, taxis)
  • Co-ordinate and schedule UK governance meetings
  • Be the first point of contact for IT - ordering equipment, maintaining the UK and asset register and set up for new starters
  • Support management of promotional materials to include fulfilment of order requests from employees, logging withdrawal notices, organising secure shredding of withdrawn materials
What the employer is looking for:
  • 2+ years experience in an administration or office/facilities management role
  • Can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Some office experience preferred but for the right candidate will consider as a first job
  • UK driving licence essential
