IT Support - 1st / 2nd LineLength: 3 Month ContractLocation: Remote / Some travel to West Yorkshire siteRate: FlexibleStart: 02/11/2020 / ASAPHarvey Nash Leeds is currently looking for an IT Support professional to work with our client, initially on a 3 month contract. An immediate start is required.You will be working within a medium sized Service Desk team, providing 1st / 2nd Line support to a user base of up to 1500 users. This will be remote, with some scheduled travel into site required. You will provide remote support to internal users. To resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible and escalate to the appropriate support staff where necessary.Essential experience required for this contract:- Microsoft 365 suite support skills - Teams, Outlook, OneDrive in particular.- MS InTune management and use on mobile phones, tablets and laptops.- Active Directory administration - add, change, remove user accounts.- Option to expand to take part in the on-call rota and early cover later if required.If this is of interest, please apply within.
