We Are currently looking for a professional, inspiring and motivational ClaimsTeam Leaderto lead our clients highly successful, rapidly expanding home claims team, who provide an excellent service to their customers.The Successful candidate will be tasked with leadinga team of claims specialists to deliver high level of claims service culture within the business.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the claims team to ensure achievement of targets Maintain claim quality assurance checks for each team member ensuring compliance and consistency Deliver daily claims meetings to inspire, motivate and set targets, feeding into weekly and monthly targets Create a strong customer care through claims culture within the claims teams and businessEnsuring team queries are dealtwith quickly and efficiently Challenge normality by trialling new ways of working Drive and encouraging the company values throughout the team, always leading by example Collect, organise, and analyse claims data to generate insights and track KPIs Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to aid decision-making Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Manage performance and absence in line with HR processes Ensure that the claims team adheres to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standardsKey Experience / Skills Required: Driven, ambitious and confident claims leader, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve results A Passionate coach with a strong desire to improve and coach their teamExcellent time-management skills Passionate about ‘going the extra mile’ An excellent communicator at all levels, demonstrating the ability to deal with challenging conversations A positive can-do attitude, resilient and self motivated First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills and attention to detail Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivityPlease Apply or Email for more info
