Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst to join a progressive global team. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting and developing Dynamics 365 and CRM systems in line with business needs. This role would suit a forward thinking and ambitious analyst with a real drive to be part of the improvement and progressionof systems across all offices and areas of the company.Duties & responsibilities will include:- Reporting to and working with the IT manager to support seven sites across three continents Working with regional sales teams to understand their needs- Customising the system to deliver improvements - Providing training and updates to the business- Day to day support of D365 using a helpdesk ticketing system - Managing mass data changes where needed - Customising D365 to improve the sales process (fields, form changes, workflows) - Running workshops and training sessions to improve the use of the tool - Delivering reporting to give a better insight into D365 data - Working as part of the systems team to integrate ERP data into D365 - Experience of the Power Platform, CDS and Power apps - Experience of reporting using PowerBI - Experience with SSRS style reporting - Working across multiple environments, performing restores and importing / exporting solutions The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:- Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Proven experience of customisation and design of D635- Experience of the Power Platform, CDS and Power apps, PowerBI and SSRS style reporting - experienced liasing with stakeholders, clients and internal staff and communicating effectively - Experience training out systems changes desriable - Javascript and DotDigital knowledge desirable Package and benefits:- A competitive basic salary - A non-contributory pension scheme - Life assurance and private medical cover- 32 days holiday (including bank holidays and additional days for long service- Other benefits Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Customer Service positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
