Support Analyst, Support Engineer, 2nd line, Office 365, Active Directory, COR5456We’re looking for a 2nd line Support Analyst to join a pioneering organisation, working primarilyon a remote basis but based within the Midlands or North England for emergency site access.The Support Engineer RoleThe Support Engineer, will provide technical support to a core group of companies based primarilyin Yorkshire and surroundingareas. Working within a Microsoft environment, the Support Engineer will provide 2nd line technical support to over 20 sites, troubleshootingdesktop, server and network issues. What’s required of the Support EngineerWe’re looking for a bright, inquisitive, technically minded Support Analyst – you don’t need to know everything, but you need to be willing to use your initiative to solve the problem when you don’t know! Ideally, you might have experience including:
  • 2nd line support experience
  • Office 365 and Azure
  • Active Directory, including Group Policy
  • Basic networking experience
  • Any experience with ITIL, VOIP or ServiceNowwould really set your application apart!
