Job Description

Store Manager - Fashion Meadowhall Centre Competitive Salary A clothing brand like no other, which was established with the aim of offering the UK consumer something truly unique, distinctive and stylish is looking to recruit a Store Manager.The Store Manager should be an individual who isnt afraid to be themselves, who is customer focused and can think both commercially and creatively. This person should be charismatic, ambitious and strive to be the very best at what they do. Embracing thefree-spirited nature of the brand, they are able to bring fresh ideas to the table and arent afraid of getting stuck in.Meadowhall was the brands first flagship store. This is a high-profile opportunity which would suit an ambitious Manager looking for an exciting challenge where they can really make a difference.You will help continue to shape and deliver the brands to the retail audience.As Store Manager, you will plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales, which will increase and grow the existing customer base as well as maintaining high store standards andconditions and foster a positive environment.Your role also ensures that customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient as well as ensuring that all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. You will also be responsiblefor forecasting staffing needs and to work with HR Department to develop a strategy to provide optimal staffing requirements over the various seasons.Store Manager Main duties :

  • Be the front-line ambassador for the brand.
  • Be a strong leader and manager, able to effectively communicate with head office staff and continue to build rapport and drive motivation amongst the team.
  • To deliver sales targets and control costs in store, within planned budgets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by fully understanding the brand and product offer.
  • Develop strong relationships with the head office teams to feedback on stock package, store layouts, promotions, recruitment, training and staff development.
Experience & Skills :
  • Previous management experience within a high turnover clothing & footwear store.
  • Strong and concise communicator.
  • Proven track record of driving sales.
  • Coaching and development skills.
  • VM experience is desirable.
  • Honest, reliable and a true team player.
