You will join the IT Service Delivery Team and work with other senior managers to ensure best practice aligned to ITIL industry standards. Aligned to the solution delivery life cycle, you will work with business stakeholders and product owners to develop and embed the service design of any technology delivery to ensure that outcomes meet business requirements. You will develop and manage the service acceptance criteria in order to track delivery through the solution delivery life cycle in readiness for service handover.Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Director, you will enhance and implement the change enablement policy to manage operational change across waterfall and agile delivery methods. In addition, you will develop the roadmap for toolset integration and automation and manage a small team supporting the outcomes of the service delivery change pillar.It is essential that you have experience working within an enterprise service management function. You will have significant experience of defining, delivering, and operationally managing service delivery practices and embedding them into the organisation’s operations. You will have a good understanding of the ITIL framework and experience in change and release management methodologies, across both waterfall and agile delivery methods.
