  • We are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual to join our IT Service Delivery Management team as a Data Essentials Apprentice at our Sheffield office.
  • We are looking to recruit an apprentice to join our friendly team, who play a crucial role in ensuring that IT services align with business objectives, are delivered smoothly and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:As a data essentials apprentice, you will gain invaluable exposure in various areas, including system, network, and application issues. You will also undertake reporting and data analysis activities, collaborating with different teams across Irwin Mitchell.Duties:
  • Using data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes
  • Designing and creating reports that provide valuable insights into service levels, customer insights and system availability - By analysing this data, you will contribute to the enhancement of IT delivery processes
  • Seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining strong relationships
To achieve these goals, you may implement industry best practices, adopt new technologies, or streamline workflows. Through your contributions, you will play a key role in ensuring that service levels are maintained, concerns and issues are addressed promptly,and IT operations are continuously improved.What we’re looking for:Desired skills / qualities:

Entry requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.For more information please visit the UK ENIC website.   • £19,838 per annum.
