Job Description

Immediate StartSheffieldMonday to Friday, 8:30am 4:00pmDo you have previous school administration experienceDo you have great communication skills and are confident on the phoneBenefits Package

  • Up to £13 per hour

As a School Receptionist, you will be required to
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors.
  • Take messages.
  • Liaising with different teams to ensure effective organisational performance.
  • Microsoft Office software and other school related IT systems (Bromcom)
  • Other clerical duties
Experience / Skillset required for this role
  • Computer literate
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Have a can do and positive attitude.
  • Able to work from your own initiative.
  • Have a calm and reassuring presence.
  • Be able to advise and support to improve performance.
  • Have initiative and self-management skills.
  • Be an effective team player.
  • Experience working within schools and admin.
  • Must have valid DBS.
  • Bromcom experience would be beneficial.
