Saw Operator, £12.26ph + Overtime Rates, Sheffield, Temporary Ongoing, Monday - Friday, Mornings (6am-1pm), Afters (1pm-9pm) and Nights (9pm-6am), Free car parking, Quarterly Bonus Scheme, 28 days paid annual leave (increasing after time). This is a brilliant opportunity for you to work for a worldwide engineering provider at their Sheffield site. They are looking for a Saw Operator to join the team and help support the increased demand in production.The role of Saw Operator will be to cover the location and identification of the correct billets required for the rolling programme. This is followed by, their safe slinging, sorting and charging into the furnace in the correct order as dictated by the rollingprogramme. In addition the role will also include; the operation of the SUND binding machine that is used to weigh and bind coils as they come off the Hook Conveyor, followed by the un-loading of the coil capstan. You will then use the FLT pole truck to movethe coils into the stockyard.Experience of working as a Saw Operator within an engineering environment, steelworks or similar and a Counterbalance forklift truck license would be advantageous but isnt essential.Additional benefits of working for Travail Employment Group
