Salesforce Administrator £32,500SheffieldThe CompanyMartin & Conley are working in partnership with a Non-For-Profit organisation. They are currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator on a permanent basis you will be part of a team located in Sheffield.The Role* To provide an effective administration, configuration and maintenance function for the Salesforce Cloud application including onboarding new users, setting up and maintaining permission sets, manag-ing upgrades, releases and performing regular system maintenance.* To work with Product Owners throughout the organisation to review business requirements, provide analysis, estimation/scope of effort involved and shaping the ongoing configuration and development of Salesforce to meet changing business needs within a clear change management process to work closely with the organisations inhouse development team, within a clear DevOps based workflow to scope and undertake more complex Salesforce developments and integrationsDuties and Responsibilities* Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with c.100 users including the full range of administrative tasks, including user account maintenance, system configuration, creat-ing and maintaining reports and dashboard, creating, and maintaining workflows.* Support and train country specific secondary administrators to handle some basic administrative func-tions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.* Provide a technical support for all salesforce users related to user permissions, application configura-tion, workflow, and data issues.* Create & maintain up to date system set up documentation for resiliency & business continuity pur-poses.* Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, staying ahead of vendor develop-ment cycles.* Develop and implement internal processes to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests and working with product owners to prioritise and release these change re-quests.* Translate business process requirements into workable system solutions (system fields management, automation, workflows & validation rules, etc)What we are looking for* Certified as Salesforce administrator (ADM01 or ADM02)* Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build* custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills* Degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or 3 years equivalent work experience* Salesforce.com Certified Administrator* Recent experience of Salesforce.com implementation or upgrade, and ideally Gmail integrationSalesforce Administrator £32,500SheffieldThe CompanyMartin & Conley are working in partnership with a Non-For-Profit organisation.
