Job Description

Sales Support AdministratorSalary £24,000Within Aviva’s Private Medical Insurance (PMI) division, we now have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Sales Support Administrator, where you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with our Brokers, aligned to our PMI product line.We are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service skills - i.e., the ability to build up rapport easily with corporate customers, both over the phone and via email - matched with prior experience, or interest in, working within the PMI space.A bit about the job:You will utilise your customer service skills to own and manage queries from our broker community via a central mailbox, as well as over the phone, also live chat facilities. This will involve taking ownership of queries, as well as completing demands. Fulltraining will be given so that you become an expert in this area, offering advice and answering questions from Brokers about PMI products daily.Working hours Monday - Friday, 9pm -5pmSkills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills (Private Medical Insurance knowledge would be beneficial, but this is not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, including being able to complete email correspondence to a high standard
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to build rapport easily and show empathy with customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Able to listen and act upon what matters to customers/clients efficiently and professionally

  • Starting salary £24,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
