Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to work for our client based in Sheffield.This role will, provide customer service to the highest level and support the Key Account Sales Manager and Sales Director to deliver a high-quality customer experience to key account customers.You will work with other Managers and Colleagues to achieve team and company goals,growing the sales of products in line with strategy. You will act with integrity andprofessionalism when contacting customers and will remain calm under pressure to resolveday to day issues, displaying attention to detail and accuracy.The main responsibilities of the role will include: *Building quality working relationships with the customer to build and retain business*Proactively managing the customer relationship, providing a high level of responsive service*Feedback into the correct forums any concerns e.g., quality, production, administration*Enquiries and Quotations*Ensuring orders are processed according to requirements ensuring quality and accuracy of output*Proactive follow up of the quotations with customers*Sell stock dependent on stock levels*Proactively manage stock levels with customers*Work as part of a team selling promotional stock items or specific campaigns as requested by the Sales Director*Review blanket orders on system, ensuring communication with customers and active management of the blanket orders and timely renewal*Research your territory areas by different methods as requested in line with customer visits*Send out company marketing material to prospective customers and follow up previous requests/calls*Carry out any further duties as requested by your line managerTo be considered for this role you must have previous telephone sales experience preferably in a team environment. You will be highly PC literate with excellent attention to detail and driven to achieve both your own and your teams targets.
