A full-service, high street law firm based in Sheffield city centre is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy residential property department.Unusually for the Yorkshire residential conveyancing market, youll be able to work from home two days per week.Youll be providing legal and admin support for residential conveyancing only, both on sale and purchase matters, to the local community in Sheffield and surrounds.You will also receive excellent benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, 24 days holidays plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.The firm enjoys a fantastic reputation in the local community and the team is close-knit and friendly.The right candidate will have at least one years experience in dealing with residential conveyancing, either as part of a training contract, paralegal experience or work experience, and good working knowledge of the full conveyancing process for both a saleand a purchase.
