This role isnt just about managing properties; itsabout creating an exceptional living experience for over 450 residents while being the driving force behind the success of the site.Your Role: As a Resident Services Advisor, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the site. From leasing apartments to maintaining tenant satisfaction, your role will be multifaceted and exciting.You will be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective residents, handling leasing discussions, conducting viewings, and resolving any issues that may arise.
