Our client is currently looking for a Regular Giving & Legacies Manager to join their based in their BTAs Sheffield office or working remotely. You will join on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000- £33,000 per annum.Our client arean independent charity supporting thousands of people who experience tinnitus and advise medical professionals from across the world.They are the primary source of support and information for people with tinnitus in the UK, facilitating animproved quality of life. They aim to encourage prevention through their educational programme and to seek effective treatment for tinnitus through a medical research programme.The Regular Giving & Legacies Manager role:You will establish and deliver a regular giving plan which increases income and supporters in line with agreed targets. You will also deliver a legacy plan that delivers income to agreed targets and KPIs and deliver an agreed appeals plan to increase incomeand supporter engagement.Key responsibilities of theirRegular Giving & Legacies Manager:- Deliver a legacy plan that delivers income through growing the volume of pledges by expanding on marketing successes to date and testing new opportunities, and by ensuring notifications of gifts are dealt with efficiently, and appropriately-Review and revise the legacy proposition based on insight and research of the current supporter base-Benchmark the legacy programme against industry benchmarks and KPIs-Implement a regular giving plan which delivers income and agreed KPIs and targets-Lead the development and implementation of the annual direct marketing appeals programme-Ensure all donors are effectively managed through a clear, structured supporter journey-Support the Director of Fundraising & Communications with the annual income budgeting and mid-year forecasts and setting and monitoring of KPIs- Provide support and lay advice to people affected by tinnitusfull training is provided-Practice and comply with all organisational policies and procedures-Represent and promote the BTAs organisational valuesWhat theyre looking for in theirRegular Giving & Legacies Manager:- In-depth experience of regular giving, appeals & legacy fundraising and knowledge of best practice fundraising techniques and changing funding trends-Demonstrable track record of achieving challenging targets and growth in regular giving, appeals & legacy fundraising through new opportunities and relationship management-Experience of developing and implementing regular giving, appeals and legacy plans with particular emphasis on marketing activity to increase engagement and income-Experience and understanding of charity law in relation to legacy, regular giving and appeals fundraising, gift aid, data, and information management-Experience in setting and managing budgets including reforecasting and reporting against targets-Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term and positive relationships-Persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate convincingly to a diverse range of people-Self-motivated with the confidence to work alone but can also work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team-Organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise workload, setting short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives-IT skills at a level that supports report writing, email, internet, and database management-Adaptability and flexibility in being able to take on new work, work to deadlines and manage a range of different internal and external relationships-Regulatory requirements and best practice policy and guidance relating to:Fundraising gvernance and best practiceGDPR cmpliance from a fundraising perspectiveRegular giving, appeal & legacy fundraising-Role and nature of the voluntary and charity sector and the challenges they face-Evidence of continuing professional development.So, if this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you and youd like to become their Regular Giving & Legacies Manager then please click apply todaydont miss out, theyd love to hear from you!
